December 14, 2020 HELLOOOOOOO!!! I hope you all had a great week! I also hope that some of you TELL ME ABOUT IT because I have no idea what some of y'all are up to nowadays. Anyways, my week was sick, here are the highlights: Yesterday we took the L train in the wrong direction by accident, so we took an L while literally taking an L. It was pretty funny. I went on my AP exchange and got to visit a place called New Rochelle for the day. That means I got to be in a car for the first time in AWHILE since I have been in subway areas my ENTIRE mission. On my way there, I drove through The Bronx, right through my last area! It was so awesome seeing everything again! I spent the day with Elder Davis, one of my previous companions, which was WAY awesome reuniting for a day! We had so much fun! It also snowed that day! It was great! We are teaching a few amazing people but Juan is our favorite! We found him about a week and a half ago, and he is just SO willing to turn his whole life over...

 December 7, 2020 HAPPY DECEMBER EVERYONE WOOHOOOOO!!!!!!! Other than it being mega cold, this week was pretty good! I went to Queens on Friday for a leadership meeting and it was wild. We went down there with no SIM card (long story) so we couldn't use google maps or anything. I was a little nervous to navigate the subway without the assistance of the wifi gods, but I did it no problem! Light flex. The meeting was fantastic! I could literally see beams of revelation bouncing off the walls as we shared ideas with each other. Crazy stuff. Afterwards, I asked President what I need to do to prepare for Stake Correlation (because he asked me to lead the discussion for it), and my boi President Teuscher was like "hop on my Zoom tonight at 9:30 and I can give you some training for it", which was so nice! That zoom call was probably the highlight of my week, he took almost a whole hour out of his day to help me know what to do, and it was super helpful for me and I was really gr...

November 30, 2020 WHAT'S GOOD EMAIL FAM? I hope you are all doing just dandy! I had a fan-flippin-tastic week! My new companion Elder Wooley is SO amazing! He is the total package and we are like best friends! We have been busier than ever because I am the Zone leader and he is the District Leader. So, lots of meetings! On top of that, he is the social media specialist over the Bronx Spanish Facebook page, so we have a big workload on us but we get it done! Elder Wooley is a super fun guy and a super hard worker! Ugh I could write a whole email about how great he is but I won't. I would be fine spending the rest of my mission in Harlem together, we are having a blast. Also, some of you may not know this, but the island of Bermuda is in my mission (which is crazy because I think it's technically the property of the U.K.) and I found out that those missionaries are now part of my zone. November 23, 2020 Hey everyone!!!!!!! This week was really good! I will start with the most exciting stuff first. We had our transfer call and I am staying in Harlem as the Zone Leader, and my new companion is Elder Wooley! I actually found out we were going to be companions like 3 weeks ago so I wasn't too surprised when I got the news. But I am REALLY excited! Elder Wooley was MTC companions with one of my childhood best friends, Ryan Boyack (or Elder Boyack in the McAllen Texas mission woot wooot). Crazy how that worked out, small world! I have only heard GREAT things about Elder Wooley and I am SO hyped! We have been messaging each other and I can just tell we are going to be great friends!!!!!!!!! Seriously!!! November 16, 2020 WHAT IS UP WEEKLY EMAIL SQUAD?! It's me, Elder Webster, back at it again with another live update!! Okay, maybe not a "live" update, because my first story starts a week ago from today. On Monday night I got a call from Sister Teuscher and she asked me to give a training to the WHOLE mission on how to find people to teach through personal Facebook accounts, and how I come up with content ideas. Well I made a little PowerPoint presentation and I think it turned out pretty well despite me being SUPER nervous. President recorded it over zoom and is going to put it on our mission google drive folder, so anybody can go back and watch it for their companionship studies. The rest of the week, Facebook was FLOODED with missionaries making posts based off of ideas I recommended haha, it was crazy.  We found some really solid people to teach this week (from Facebook!!) and I think we can invite one of them, Mari, to be baptized soon because she is so amazing. November 9, 2020 What's up!!!! I'm not sure if you all heard, but the elections were this week. We don't watch the news or anything so I received the update when the ENTIRE city went out onto the streets with cowbells, trumpets, frying pans, and other noisemakers to celebrate. It was crazy. New York is very very very blue. That's all I will say. I emailed President Teuscher about my concerns with my companion's obedience, and he said "I will see what I can do". Well he actually did a LOT to help! He made a whole PowerPoint presentation on obedience and shared it in a mission-wide devotional. We also had a mission leadership meeting in Queens this week and had a big discussion about how to help the 27 new incoming missionaries be obedient... the answer: WE ARE OBEDIENT OURSELVES. We made plans to do a 40 day fast as a mission from EVERYTHING we may cut corners on when it comes to rules. Anyway, I feel like my emails to President sparked a big mission-wide f...
